A metabolizing process that seamlessly applies cold sprayable metal which consists of 95% metal.
A mixture of metal powder and binder + hardener is resulting in a cold liquid metal (composite metal) which is applied by a special spray process to nearly any surface. When dry the painted surfaces show similar properties as cast metal. As a matter of fact: it is real metal.
The extra effects are:
- Corrosion of Brass, Bronze, Copper, Iron and Nickel – Silver.
- Corrosion (Rust) of Iron
- Blackening of Brass, Bronze and Copper
It will adhere to almost any surface, including but not limited to : wood, plastic, metal, glass, G.R.P., foam, ceramic, stone, concrete and even paper.
It contains all the properties of the metal ie, thermal conductivity, magnetic (Iron), reactive ( brightness, corrosion, patina), texture, antibacterial and is suitable for long term usage outside and indoors. And depending on the process the generated surface can be matt, polished, rusty or patinated.
Through the process you gain a strong and durable metallic surface. Shape and design details of the coated objects remain as the original pieces show them.
The coated object however shows metallic structures. As real metal the coating is resistant to strain, break and tear resistant and is long lasting.
